We’re delighted to introduce our new fish range, now available at Deligo Butchery.

We’ve started with a carefully chosen selection and, just like the rest of the shop, we’ll be letting you help shape what comes next. If there’s something you’d particularly like to see, tell us - we’ve started on what you’ve asked us for and we’ll be expanding the range in response to what our customers actually want.

Think easy midweek suppers, something a little special for the weekend, or simply another reason to get everything you need under one roof.

We’re big believers in knowing what’s actually in your food.

No endless ingredient lists. No unnecessary extras. Just proper ingredients that do what they’re supposed to do.

Take The Cheeseman, made just along the coast in Brighton. Their fresh green pesto is packed with recognisable ingredients and it’s the very same pesto we use on our Goat’s Cheese, Pesto & Red Onion pizza from our own La Cucina Di Mamma range.

Then there’s Longley Farm. Some of their products really are as simple as milk and salt — and some don’t even need the salt. That’s the kind of ingredient list we like to see.

For us, good food starts with knowing what’s gone into it — real ingredients, proper flavour and nothing there just for the sake of it.

Monday to Wednesday are our main deal days — the perfect time to stock the fridge (and freezer) with proper butcher-quality meat.

Today you’ll find 3 packs of our sausages for £10, all made here on site using fresh cuts of meat, plus any 4 selected packs for £12.99.

There’s plenty to choose from in the 4-pack selection, including lots of easy weeknight dinner options for when you want something good on the table without too much fuss.

Everything is fresh and suitable for freezing, so you can stock up now and enjoy it when you need it.

Quality meat, prepared by your local butchers, with sausages and burgers made right here on the premises. Good food starts with good ingredients. NO mass produced, E number filled, water injected meats round here!

The Deligo Meat Raffle… COMING SOON!

A little weekly excitement has come to Felpham Village.

Tickets are available from NEXT WEEK from both Deligo Butchery and Deligo Eatery for just £1 each, with one lucky winner drawn at the end of every week.

The prize? A beautifully prepared meat hamper worth at least £30, filled with quality cuts selected from our counter.

Whether you’re planning a Sunday roast, a relaxed dinner with friends or simply fancy the chance to stock the fridge with something rather special, this is well worth a ticket.

Well… you certainly kept Mamma busy. 🇮🇹

Our first La Cucina Di Mamma pizzas sold out during their very first week — thank you to everyone who tried one.

Now we’d love to know: which was your favourite, and what would you like to see next?

Mamma is already hard at work preparing a fresh batch, with new recipes appearing regularly — including our latest creation:

Salt Beef

With caramelised onion, garlic mushroom and mature cheddar, hand-finished at Deligo on an authentic Italian pizza base made in Naples.

And between us… pizza isn’t the only thing coming from Mamma’s kitchen this week.

A brand-new pasta range is almost ready, created from treasured family recipes passed down from Nonna’s kitchen. Properly comforting Italian food, prepared for effortless evenings at home.

Keep watching — Mamma has been very busy.
