🔥 FOOD COOKED WITH SOUL 🔥

What a dream wedding at Fallow Meadow 🤎

A completely bespoke menu, from beautiful canapés, dips and wood-charred veg starters with feta, through to fire-cooked fallow venison and smoked chicken with crispy garlic potatoes and vibrant seasonal sides.

Then came a GIANT pistachio tiramisu for everyone to dive into, followed by a local cheese buffet because one pudding is never enough 😂

So good to be back working at the gorgeous Fallow Meadow tipi venue, and my team were absolutely incredible from start to finish.

We had some amazing comments throughout the day, including:

“The best food I’ve eaten all year.”

“The best wedding food I’ve ever had.”

“Seamless service. Very impressive — you guys are clearly at the top of the game.”

My head might not fit through the door after that lot 😂 but it really is all thanks to my amazing team, and my determination to stay true to myself with creative recipes, brilliant produce and food cooked with soul.

✨ Huge congratulations to Anna & Louis on tying the knot at the stunning Bury Manor Barn! ✨

What a pleasure it was to be part of such a beautiful celebration.

Our Kelmsley Catering team run by Jacqueline Wise cooked up a storm, serving Goodwood venison Moroccan sausage rolls and fresh squid canapés to start. Guests then enjoyed a generous feasting menu featuring local sourdough with our herby butter and marinated queen olives, followed by slow-roasted harissa chicken and South Downs beef, served with wild salsa verde, crispy garlic potatoes, rainbow slaw and a refreshing feta salad.

Dessert was all about classic flavours done exceptionally well, with our sloe gin baked berry meringues proving a real crowd favourite! 🍓✨

Alongside the food, we dressed the tables and kept the drinks flowing throughout the day, helping everything run seamlessly from start to finish.

We were absolutely delighted to hear so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had — and they especially loved the generous second helpings! ❤️

Wonderful wedding in West Wittering for an absolutely gorgeous couple! We made 425 Swedish meatballs IKEA style from scratch for the sharing style main (but forgot to take any photos!), one guest claiming they were better than her grandmother's, controversial! 🤣

Thanks to our amazing Kelmsley team who kept the energy high all day, we love what we do and want wait for the next big wedding very soon!
