We loved crafting the menu with Jess' heritage in mind, bringing gorgeous flavours and vibrant colours to each plate. A picture perfect, but extremely tasty creation. Take a peek of their carefully curated menu below.
Canapes
Sri Lankan curry spiced pork and pineapple pops
Tamarind roasted aubergine & red onion tartlets topped with feta (V)
Tuna 'cutlets' (fishcakes) with potato, onion, chilli & cardamom, served with garlic mayo
Starter
Burrata, nectarine & seasonal leaf salad with sea salt croutons & basil pesto dressing
Main
Harissa spiced Southdowns lamb rump, turmeric roasted vegetable & sultana cous cous, coriander yoghurt sauce, garlic butter flatbread
Dessert
Lemon curd & champagne marinated raspberry Eton mess, chopped pistachio
Evening Food
Sri Lankan Street food - Chicken or vegetarian 'Kottu' Chopped roti, curry dish of choice, along with scrambled egg, onions, and chillies, chopped together and sauteed topped with fresh coriander and a lime wedge.
