What a week it has been at the great Yorkshire show it has truly been one to remember. After 10 years of the Blackrodian herd we have achieved a great Yorkshire show reserve breed champion aswel as it being a national show.

🏆Blackrodian Evita 🏆
This 2 year old heifer keeps impressing following on from her magnificent show season so far winning 2 interbreed championships 1 native champion and also 4 breed champions she gains a 2nd prize in a very strong class. And also gaining 2nd in the pairs class with Retties lady Ruth.

Lady Ruth came 4th in a very strong class of cows and calves and behaved incredibly.

🏆Blackrodian lady Ruth🏆
Just only at 7 months of age this tremendous calf does the unthinkable. She gains calf champion then leading on into the junior championship she was awarded reverse junior champion then goes onto to be the youngest ever animal to be awarded reserve breed champion it still feels like a dream.

🏆North Yorkshire County show🏆

✨ Blackrodian Evita ✨
This heifer carries on to impress winning her class of 2 year old heifers then goes on to take another breed champion for the season.

✨ Retties Lady Ruth ✨
Lady Ruth was in a strong class of cows and calves and came 2 nd to a strong tree bridge cow and calf outfit.

✨ Blackrodian Lady Ruth ✨
Baby Ruth was chucked into the deep end this weekend and came out winning her yearling heifer class and was the youngest in there then went on to stand reseve breed champion to Evita was topped the weekend off.

Thank you to the groom Oscar Beard for the help and Ellie Pendlebury for taking Evita into the championship.
