Honestly, the last few months have been the toughest we've ever had as a business.
Like thousands of small businesses across the UK, we were hit hard by the Making Tax Digital rollout. Due to the nature and complexity of how we operate, the transition took us much longer than we ever anticipated — and unfortunately, some of you felt the impact of that. For that, we're truly sorry.
We never wanted to let anyone down. This business means everything to us, and knowing some customers had a poor experience during that period genuinely hurt.
But we're back. Properly back. New stock, new listings, and fully operational again.
