Scottish Venison, Scottish Quality Wild Venison and the Scottish Wholesale Association were at Norton House Hotel, Edinburgh to tell the wild venison story to some of the leaders in the UK wholesale sector. The event also showcased SQWV's first three brand licensed processors Ardgay Game Highland Game and The Scottish Venison Company with fascinating presentations also from Food Integrity Assurance, Crossbasket Castle and, representing the primary producer Falcon Frost from Glenfalloch. Huge thank you all round and particularly to SAOS and to The Scottish Government Food and Drink Directorate for funding support.
