It's been a busy start to the year for Green Up Farm ❄🌱

We’ve spent the first part of January moving the farm to its new home. It’s been a bit of a challenge navigating the snowy weather, but we’re pleased to say the crops are tucked up warm and doing incredibly well in their new environment 🙌💪🌱

The move is almost complete, and we’ll be back out delivering our fresh microgreens to you all next week! 🚚💚

We are proud to share that Green Up Farm has achieved the Small Grower Supplier Standard 🙌💪

This standard ensures that small-scale Welsh producers like us are meeting the highest marks in food hygiene, traceability, crop health, and environmental responsibilities 🌱🌿

As an indoor farm, finding the right accreditation has been tricky. We are incredibly grateful for the support from in helping us reach this milestone 💚

This is a big step forward for us as we continue to grow with new partners and distributors in 2026 🙌

🌱The Look: Green Mizuna has vibrant green jagged leaves. Red Mizuna leaves are a mix of greens, dark purple & red branching elongated leaves.

😋The Taste: Mild & Lightly peppery mustard flavour
