🐔 QUICK STOCK UPDATE

Thank you for the amazing response to our last-hens post!

We’re now down to around 40 hens and almost all of our remaining stock is accounted for by appointments already booked.

I’ve therefore temporarily paused new appointments while those collections take place.

If we have hens remaining afterwards, I’ll reopen a few appointments and post an update here.

Please don’t worry if you already have an appointment booked — this only applies to new bookings.

No more batches will be arriving this year, so we really are nearly at the end of our 2026 season! 🐔

🐔 LAST 50!

As promised, a quick end-of-season update…

We’re now down to our last 50 or so hens for 2026.

There’s still a lovely selection available, but once these girls are gone, that’s us finished until spring.

Appointments are open for the end of this week and into the weekend. All current availability is shown on the booking calendar.

🐔 Last Batch of 2026

Our last batch of point-of-lay hens for this year is arriving this weekend, with appointments open from Sunday and throughout next week.

We’re finishing our hen-selling season a little earlier than usual this year, so if you’ve been thinking about starting a flock or adding a few more hens, don’t get caught out and leave it too late.

There will be lots of lovely hens available and a great selection to choose from. I’ll post another update when we’re getting down to the last few, so there’s no need to panic just yet!
