I am actually being serious...I think 🤔😆

Come with me for a very unenjoyable lap through the country side 💪🏼...it's been a while 😮‍💨

🩷I have been deep in the midst of burn out for quite some time now, it's been a long 4 years with no real break 🙈 but I can begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel 👁️ I am determined to continue setting some actual working hours for myself, and taking some time to focus on my self and health. We only get one life on this earth 🌍 Now I have a management team of Queens I am praying that this becomes possible, so I can share the workload and work more SMART & less hard 👑

💰 No payment is taken at the point of ordering, we ask for all orders to be paid with cash on collection. Cash is King 👑 and helps small businesses like ours avoid the unnecessary fees that make it harder for us to offer deals and discounts.

👀Nik-O-Bocker WHAAAATTT??

A WHOLE WEEK with no breakdowns, mechanical or mental 🎉🎉 We're on a roll now 💪🏼

So proud of Robyn for smashing out a mental Pinchbeck round that is rivalling that of my Holbeach chaos!! And THEN serving outside the shop for a busy 2 hours 🩷 Well done girl 💪🏼

We'll be treating ourselves to a day off now, it's been a while since I've not had to be at a garage of some description with a vehicle 🤣 so my phone will be off until Tuesday, when I'll be back onto admin duties 🤓

🗾 Robyn's van will be back out from Tuesday, I'll be back out from Wednesday. Keep an eye out for the week's routes.

🍪 Treat Tuesday orders will be live on the website from 5pm Monday for collections between 5&7pm on Tuesday.

🚐 Van 1: Robyn is kicking off the day and heading out to tackle her brand-new Pinchbeck, Surfleet & Quadring round. Once she's completed her mission, she'll be setting up outside Nik n Mix from 7pm–9pm, so make sure you pop by and say hello!

🚐 Van 2: I'll be tootling around the Hundleby & Spilsby round, bringing all the sweet treats your way.

Both vans will be fully stocked with all your favourites, including:

Robyn will be setting up for our very first park-up outside the Nik n Mix shop and we're so excited to get started! 🎉

To begin with, we're keeping the menu nice and simple while we find our feet and see how popular the park up becomes. You'll still be able to enjoy our full van menu, along with a few customer favourites! 🍪🍓✨

On the menu: 🍪 Bake-at-home cookie doughs with your choice of sauce or build-your-own toppings, plus an ice cream side 🍓 Our much-requested Chocolicious Strawberry Pots – also available as build-your-own! 🧁 A small selection of bakery treats 🤤 And a truckload of our famous Kookie Dunkers®️ – those little bites of pure amazingness!

A quick cheeky Rate My Shake for the road! 🍓🌿

It had to be the strawberry and mint combo that was suggested, and I'm happy to report it's every bit as good as we expected! 😍

Refreshing, light, and dangerously easy to drink — it takes me right back to a time when I actually had time to sip mojitos by a pool. 🍹🤣

This one's getting a solid 9/10 from me. The only reason it doesn't take the crown is because I'm still not convinced anything can beat the mighty Nutty Banana! 🍌🥜👑
