We're proud to have supported Dementia Support South Lincs' Lego Mania event!

Thanks to the amazing efforts of organisers, volunteers, local businesses and attendees, the event raised an incredible £1,335.97 for the Square Hole Club, helping provide support, friendship and social opportunities for people living with early-onset dementia and their families.

It was fantastic to be part of such a positive community event. Well done to everyone involved!

🎉 A Huge Achievement At Our Pilgrim Training Academy! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to celebrate a major milestone within our business as two members of our CJ Butchers team, Kurt Haynes and Thomas Phipps, have successfully completed and passed their Level 2 Butcher Apprenticeship.

This is the first time we have had apprentices achieve this qualification through our Pilgrim Training Academy, making this an extra special accomplishment and hopefully the first of many success stories to come.

Over the past 14 months, Kurt and Thomas have shown real dedication, commitment, and determination as they worked through a combination of practical training, workplace assessments, and theory-based learning. Their hard work, willingness to learn, and passion for developing their skills have been evident throughout the entire journey.

A special thank you also goes to our senior butchers, whose guidance, knowledge, and support have been invaluable in helping Kurt and Thomas develop into skilled and confident butchers.

Investing in our people and creating opportunities for growth is something we are passionate about, and seeing members of our team progress through apprenticeships like this is a fantastic example of what can be achieved.

Please join us in congratulating Kurt and Thomas on this outstanding achievement. We are extremely proud of you both and look forward to seeing what’s next! 👏
