🍴☀️ Friday at Taste of London did not disappoint.
After a full day of eating our way around the festival, these were our standout dishes:
🏆 ROKA’s Ebi No Tempura – crispy rock shrimp with wasabi pea seasoning and chilli mayo.
🏆 Singapulah’s Lobster Laksa – rich, fragrant and packed with flavour.
🏆 Los Mochis’ Trailer Park Chicken Taco – a perfect example of why Japanese-Mexican fusion continues to be one of London’s hottest food trends.
And because no great food day is complete without dessert... 🍪 the team’s unanimous winner was the legendary Crack Cookie.
One thing was clear across the festival: premium ingredients, bold global flavours, fusion concepts and elevated comfort food continue to dominate the dining scene. From lobster and wagyu, tempura and small plates designed for sharing, London’s food scene is showing no signs of slowing down.
