Sunday event over... now for a rest at B&Q, little drizzly but its needed. Good job I trimmed my hedge yesterday, although I think w**d killing now might have been a wasted effort.

Well thank you Friskney Village Show, what a great well organised event. I certainly didnt expect to busy right from the start, but we pretty much has a queue all day. And we wasn't hanging about either.

We didn't make the cut on you're video. So here's our picture. To say we was Well received was an understatement. Thank you again to all that visited us, we had lots of lovely people saying how good and reasonably priced.

Thank you to my wife for the photo, she brought extra bread for us.

Wow so busy today... makes me wonder if I should bother with events..... or i just need more staff to help run the units.
Any ideas !??

That said we will be at the fabulous Friskney Show tomorrow all day with Breakfast, Burgers, Hotdogs etc... no jackets or Pulled pork tho folks as there's other caterers there doing that out of respect to them.

Hope to see a few of my regulars * rem the secret sauce to those that know !! It wont be out on the condiment table !!

Well... father's day wasn't today as my wife lead me to belive ... its next Friday. So im open now folks.

Apparently it's my fault for not know when father's days. I cant rem what iv gone into the lounge for someday....

Well you lot are not scared of a bit of rain, iv been flat out... only now having my breakfast!!

Huge huge thank you. Its always a battle with the weather, luckily its not windy as I might not have been here either!

As a reminder I won't be here in the morning ( friday ) due to father's day activities at my boys school. Not overly happy about it, as much as I want to see my boy, we end going all over the school orantining with clues etc.. the have a hotdog!! Then I leave he gets upset! I feel bad ! But anyway waffling on. Lol.

Morning folks... little favour for my Mrs.... could you vote ( if you've been ). She's isn't going to win, her clientele arnt on Facebook alot I would image. But by voting for The Little Kitchen it would advertise the business which is pretty much down a back street not in the town centre etc.
Its a great place great staff ( obviously )... and great Italian coffee too.

☕️ The Perfect Homemade Latte ☕️

Fancy making a coffee-shop quality latte at home? Here’s our favourite recipe…

🥛 250ml whole milk
☕️ 1 double shot of espresso (or 60ml very strong coffee)
🍯 Optional: 1 tsp vanilla syrup or caramel syrup

Method:
1️⃣ Brew your espresso into a large mug.
2️⃣ Heat the milk until hot but not boiling (around 65°C if you have a thermometer).
3️⃣ Froth the milk until silky and smooth.
4️⃣ Slowly pour the milk into the coffee, finishing with a thin layer of foam on top.
5️⃣ Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy!

The secret? Use fresh whole milk and don’t overheat it – that’s what gives a latte that creamy coffee-shop taste. 😋

Hi folks... little update for this week. Obviously you know i close Mondays and Tuesdays. This Friday i have father's day activities at my boys school. So I will be probably open from 11ish.
And on Sunday I will be closed as I attend an event. At Friskney Village Show REALLY sorry for any inconvenience. Pop along to the event.
