Another lilac floral cake but much bigger this time!
A 10” fruit cake, covered in marzipan and fondant icing.
Large lilac fondant roses, with smaller flowers and leaves to decorate the sides of the cake, with touches of gold, pearls and glitter.

I was honoured to be asked to make a Diamond Wedding Cake for our lovely next door neighbours.
I was set the task by their daughter, of recreating their wedding invitation and to incorporate the colour of their bridesmaid dresses, which were ice blue. White roses from the wedding bouquet were added to the bottom edge, with a sprinkling of sparkles to finish off.
The cake was vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream.

A single tier wedding cake with a white and emerald green colour scheme. The bride chose roses, butterflies and smaller flowers tumbling over the sides, finished off with flowers in the grass around the bottom edge. Hidden at the back was a rose for the bridesmaid to steal!
The cake was a vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream.
Congratulations to the happy couple! 🥰
