We are Mexbox, a mobile streetfood kitchen serving up tasty and authentic Mexican and Southern inspired dishes from our lovingly restored vintage 1981 Citroen HY Van.
* Our menu can include burritos, chilli dogs, tacos, chilli & rice, loaded nachos, wraps, veggie options and churros.
* We can tailor our menu to suit your event.
* At Mexbox we make a lot of our food from scratch on the day and we
think it's the reason our food taste so delicious and fresh.
* Where possible all produce is sourced locally and all meat within the UK and free range.
* We use only biodegradable dishes and cutlery and fairtrade products.
* We have all the relevant required health and safety documents and insurance certificates, plus all of our staff are fully trained to the required food hygiene level.
* Our insurance covers us for £5million Public liability, £5million Product liability and £10million Employers’ liability. We are registered at Bournemouth Council.
* Available for Festivals,Weddings, Events and Corporate/TV work.
