Pizza Chef - cooking at our street food residency at The Butcher's Dog in Ashley Cross.
10 hours per week (training phase) – regular hours & progression available.
We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on and proud of their work to join us and help maintain our standards and reputation that we have built with our loyal customers.
This isn’t just a “turn up and clock in” job. Running a wood fired oven and hand stretching dough requires skill and attention...I know this even after years of practice!!
Previous pizza making/kitchen experience preferred but full training given.
What you’ll be doing:
Learning the full operation from open to close
Full use of wood fired oven
Food prep and dough handling
Customer service and order management
What we’re looking for:
100% reliability – if you say you’re coming, you’re coming
Calm under pressure during busy shifts
Friendly and confident with customers
Available evenings and some weekends
Willing to learn and take responsibility
Passion for pizza and food would be ideal!
Starting hours:
10 hours per week during training.
Pay based on experience.
Opportunities:
As we head into summer, there will be more shifts available for the right person.
