Well we made it back to the sunshiiiiiine didn't we. I'll enjoy it while it lasts for sure.

An actioned packed day for you all today . Jonathan Ciardini is on the bacon train Thebermudatrianglepub until 12 noon. Serving up some of the greatest breakfasts he's ever made today 😉 and from 12 Matt from Matt Cross is doing his smoked meat sub thang for you all. If you're in Ashley Cross I don't think there are two better options out there today

Over in the land of Southbourne there's me! Surprise surprise and the wonderful India Jasmine on the breakfast goods until 2pm . We will slide out the burger menu out at 12 so if burgers and nibbles are your thing we got you covered.

Big shout out to the taco massive who braved the rain and came for tacos last night . It was a lot of fun, so much fun that we will be putting the tacos to bed until next spring. However we do have some up and coming events....

Thebermudatrianglepub we are open all day but if it absolutely pi**es down we will close early. Jonathan Ciardini will make the call as and when

Meanwhile at HQ we will be open because we don't have outside space and we also have a lovely new menu for you. It's the weekend so we have tasty additions . The Margate Meal Deal is particularly pleasing. Wanna know what that is? You'll have to come in down. We also have some scallops as it's the weekend and if ,that's a big if, they are still around on Sunday. We will be doing a bacon and scallop bun. Never had one? What the f**k is wrong with you mate!!! Has to be eaten to be appreciated. We had our first one Billy Winters and I haven't stopped thinking about it .

Tomorrow is Taco Night. Few spots still available and I don't know about you but is there a better way to banish the autumn blues than tacos and tequila?

Morning morning morning 😘

The sun has blessed us again and we are all the better for it! Aren't we?

Well we are. What a glorious morning we are having down Thebermudatrianglepub . Its crisp and clear and we have a lot of smiley faces.

I'm here until 3 when I head over to Southbourne. Have no fear the legend that is Jonathan Ciardini will be here to furnish you with all the warming goods you desire.

Over in Southbourne the dust has settled again after our Family Meal Night and we are now getting ready for the NEW MENU!!! Yes that moment has arrived , about 6 months late 🤣🤣🤣, but arrived it has . Going to see the cherries 🍒🍒🍒 tonight? Swing by for a b**r and a nibble. It will deffo set you up for the night .

Saturday is taco night and it's a corker of a menu. If you haven't booked you should do it's gonna be great. Pinky promise.

Char sui pork going onto marinade for 48 hours. This is gonna get cooked over our brand spanking new Chargrill.

The bright pink marinade reminds me of old school Chinese takeaways and restaurants. I also remember me and doing something with the same flavours back in the day for some f**king mad menu.

Anywho, this is gonna be a great taco on Saturday .

Was a wee bit dark when I rolled out of HQ this morning. Hope you dug your raincoat out?

Let's not let the wet dampen out spirits though eh? We will have some adjusted opening hours at The BT this week if the promised storm does come , we will keep you posted though

Back to today and we have a cheeky early finish for me, well it is Tuesday and we do now close early on a Tuesday. I have to wrestle with the dreaded C word this week and get the menus out . So if you fancy a staff get together in Ashley Cross Thebermudatrianglepub . Hit me up and we can chat. You'll have the best food, the whole room to yourself, a private bar , dedicated playlists, a smoking terrace!! . What more could you want?

You good? Get a bit wet this morning? Made hale over here, but it's sunny now isn't it so let's get going. What you got on this week?

Monday Thebermudatrianglepub is (as ever) Quiz night with the indesputable greatest quiz master around Jonathan Ciardini from 5pm . We have a full menu to feed those quiz brains so swing down. The pub will be all cosy and warm .

Wednesday we are back with our Family Meal Night in Southbourne. A wonderfully , not traditional, not even really that Italian LASAGNE with some focaccia and salad. The drinks will be re-stocked so should be good if you fancy a warm hug in a sexy bowl.

Thursday sees the new menu finally dropped in Southbourne . It's been a team effort but we have finally made it I guess we will do a little story at some point to give you guys a sneaky lil peek .

Onto Saturday and its only our monthly TACO NIGHT!! The menu is strong this time around , we've leaned heavily into autumnal flavours with a scattering of summer vibes. Wandering Bear will be of course on the drinks. You can expect a good time, a drunk time and a fulfilling time all in equal measure if you are that way inclined.

Well if I see you I see you eh! If I don't , have a good un and make it great
