Tomorrow is Amatriciana day in the deli❤️ Amatriciana may come from just outside Calabria, but it’s the kind of dish that feels instantly familiar to an Italian family. It began as a simple mountain dish made with a handful of good, simple ingredients - guanciale, tomato, pecorino and pasta and it quickly became one of Italy’s great classics🍅
