We believe the answer to healthier food, thriving animals, stronger communities and more resilient ecosystems starts right beneath our feet 👣🌱

At Jamie’s Farm, we improve soil health by planting herbal leys. These are diverse mixes of grasses, legumes and herbs that naturally restore nutrients, improve soil structure, support biodiversity and increase water retention.

Healthier soil means healthier grazing for livestock, better habitats for wildlife and land that is more resilient to extreme weather. It also helps support the long-term sustainability of farming and the wellbeing of the communities connected to it.

Thriving soil helps create a more resilient future for animals, people and the planet alike.

Young people’s mental health is shaped by what happens around them every day.

Feeling disconnected, under pressure or unseen can have a huge impact. So can the opposite.

👯A sense of belonging.
✅Positive relationships.
🌳Time in nature.
🍽️Shared meals.
💪Responsibility.
🏆Encouragement.
⌛Time to slow down and reflect.

It's , and we're taking the opportunity to think about the actions, environments and relationships that can help young people feel more connected and supported.

What small action could you take this week to help a young person (or anyone!) feel seen, trusted and included?

How can farming that prioritises soil health and biodiversity help nurture both the land and young people?

This new short film from Jamie’s Farm explores our approach to regenerative farming.

Careful stewardship of the land, care for soil health, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people to connect with nature, food systems, and rural life.

The clips below offers a glimpse into the story. Watch the full film on YouTube to learn more about how farming and work with young people come together on our farms 🌱

Lambing season has been a huge success at Jamie’s Farm Lewes this year 🐑🌱

Following a winter of development work across the farm, seeing our barns and fields full of healthy, happy lambs feels particularly special this spring.

A huge thank you and well done to our incredible Lewes team, whose hard work, patience and perseverance carried the farm through a time of change. We’re so proud of everything they’ve achieved 💚

And thank you to everyone who has supported the development of Jamie’s Farm Lewes, helping to ensure this remains a meaningful and inspiring place for young people for years to come.

We couldn’t think of a better way to welcome spring at the farm.

What does it look like to farm in a way that restores the land?

At Jamie’s Farm, we’re on a long-term journey to work with nature, improving soil health, bringing wildlife back, and building farms that can thrive for generations to come.

Spend time on our farms and you’ll start to notice the difference. Pastures hold their colour even in dry weather. More birds and insects are returning. A landscape that feels more alive.

This new short film captures that journey in action. And alongside it, something else is happening too: young people are beginning to find their confidence, their purpose, and a sense of where they fit in the world.

As the land recovers, so do they.
