We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Farm Manager.

As a Farm Manager at our Scutt Mill Farm site in Hereford, you’ll take full day-to-day responsibility for a modern laying farm. You’ll be at the forefront of livestock welfare, site management, and team supervision. The role is hands-on, farm-based, and hygiene-focused.

Telford Team complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks!

After many weeks of glorious weather, the sun decided to have a day off in the Peak District.

Mission focused, the Avara team were determined to embrace the very challenging conditions to conquer the terrain and 3 cheeky peaks for a great cause. No peaks seen from afar, only the trig points to confirm they we there.

Outstanding teamwork was demonstrated from the outset, through fundraising, walking many miles in preparation, coordinating logistics and family support en route. All of which ultimately led to success on the day and a substantial, and still growing, pot of cash for Compton Care Group; a hospice that provides support for patients and families during the most difficult of times and relies heavily on charitable donations to fund their essential work in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley, South Staffordshire and East Shropshire.

In support of the Great British Spring Clean, the team at Shobdon have been rolling up their sleeves this week, leading the way in clearing up litter in the local area. With a fantastic total of 4 bin liners collected, it shows what a difference we can make when we all come together. Our Sustainability Team have also been out and about at our sites and in their local communities doing their bit, adding another 3 bags to the total.
