When you’re surrounded by people who inspire you, challenge you, and genuinely love what they do, you don’t just show up — you thrive 🙌

Being back at Six by Nico has reminded me why I fell in love with hospitality in the first place ❤️‍🔥 The rush, the adrenaline, the energy of service — it’s unmatched 🔥⚡ There’s nothing quite like being in the middle of it all, plates flying 🍽️, stories being told, and guests experiencing something you’ve helped create.

That interaction with guests 🗣️, the buzz of a busy service 💥, and the passion behind every dish 👨‍🍳✨… it just feels right. Grateful to be back where creativity, teamwork, and love for food come together so effortlessly 🙏

✨ Exciting Update! ✨
I’m happy to share that I’m now back working at Six by Nico Manchester — and I’m absolutely loving the festive menus we’re running right now! 🎄🍽️ The creativity, the atmosphere, and the Christmas magic in each dish make it such an inspiring place to be.

At the same time, my own business is still very much open and thriving. 💼✨ I’m balancing both roles and feeling incredibly grateful to be able to do what I love in two different ways.
