⭐ FREE UNIFORM ⭐

From Tuesday 4th August every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10.30-12.30 until 2nd September we will be open for you to call in and take any school uniform items you may need.

We’ve been donated uniform for the schools…

Fox Hill
Shibden Head
Trinity academy Queensbury

All donations are still very welcome until Thursday this week ♥️

Next week is the last week to drop your pre loved uniform in to the community hub ♥️

Then the following 4 weeks will be for collections. No need to book or contact us just pop in for a look and see what we have 😃

Week one of our free lunches for children during the summer holidays is complete and we have fed an incredible 🌟 38 🌟 children in 3 days ♥️

Each child received a bag containing all the items needed for a whole weeks worth of sandwiches including bread, crisps, yoghurts, sandwich fillings and fruit. Oh and not forgetting arts and crafts activities too 🎨

Next week we have sausage rolls/cheese rolls on the menu and each child will again receive a weeks worth of lunch food!

Call in anytime Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday 10.30-12.30 to collect yours completely free of charge 😊

Huge thank you once again to Cross lane community shop who have made this possible with a grant they awarded to us which will last the full 6 weeks 💓

Thursday is the last day this week to collect your children’s lunches.
A whole weeks worth of lunches per child.

These are available for collection every week on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursdays.
The menu changes weekly but will always include 7 mains, 7 snacks and 7 pieces of fruit 🍇

🥪 FREE LUNCHES FOR CHILDREN DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 🥪

Every school holidays for the past 6 years we have provided children with free lunch… this summer holiday we have been awarded some funding from Cross lane community shop to continue providing this service… but we are changing the way we provide it to hopefully help more families😊

Instead of providing single pre made packed lunches per children for collection every single day we are now offering collection of a bag full of items for you to make your own lunches with collection being only once a week.

We hope this means more children will have access to a lunch on the 4 days we are closed but also mean parents only need to collect once a week rather than each day ❤️

You will receive enough of the following to feed your children lunch for a week…

Bread 🍞
Ham, cheese or jam 🧀
Fruit and salad 🥒 🍎
Crisps 🥨
Yoghurts 🍮
Biscuit or sweet treat 🍪
Drinks 🥤

Did you know we are open Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 10.30 until 12.30 for our free community breakfast ♥️

No registration needed just call in for a coffee, tea, juice, water, crumpets, toast, fresh fruit and biscuits (it’s also unlimited so whether you want to pop in for 10 mins for a coffee and a crumpet or sit with us for 2 hours and have 4 coffees and endless crumpets- you’re welcome) 🍪
