👨‍🍳🔥 Chef Cal has been cooking up a storm at college this week!

Check out this stunning dish: a delicately smoked lamb rack, served with a rich and flavourful lentil stew, alongside a perfectly cooked cauliflower steak and silky broccoli purée. 🤩👌

Safe to say the skills are coming along nicely… even Gordon Ramsay might be impressed! 😏🍽️
