Any orders placed through Facebook, email, phone call, text message or any other medium, are subject to the following terms
- A deposit secures the order and is non-refundable. On occasion I may use my discretion to refund a d
eposit, depending on the circumstances.
- Full payment must be made upon collection of an order or by bank transfer 24 hours before collection. All cakes remain the property of Dawns Cakebook until fully paid for.
- Dawns Cakebook is not responsible for any damage to an order once it has left my premises. Please handle your order carefully and store in a cool and dry place (not in the fridge though)
- My products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts,
soy, and other allergens. Please notify your guests of this as Dawns Cakebook cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
- Dawns Cakebook reserves the right to use their own judgement when creating cakes, and may need to adjust the design accordingly.
