Hello everybody,last post from me for a while I think but as promised I'm doing father's day this Sunday and will run with as follows;
Roast sirloin of beef 12.00
Roast orchard farm pork 10.00
Rosemary Roasted butter chicken 10.00
Vegetarians on request
I'll include Yorkshire puddings,stuffing and veggies,gravies etc with all orders.
Prior notice, I'm already pre booked between 12-2 so slots available from 2.15 to 6.00

Good afternoon everyone, I'm pretty much back at work now so won't being doing my regular Sundays and Fridays anymore I'm afraid to say. I'll do fathers day if anyone's interested and I'm still happy to cater for private functions etc if i have availability.

Hi everyone, apologies for late posting. Tomorrow's menu is;
Honey and sugar baked gammon
Half a rosemary butter roasted chicken
With pan gravy ,sausage and pancetta stuffing.
Roast pork,crackling and sausage and pancetta stuffing
Mushroom Stilton and spinach stroganoff
(Vegetarian)
All meat dishes served with a Yorkshire pudding and roasted rosemary potatoes.
Seasonal vegetables.
10 per head,kids half price.
Slots from 12 to 5,looking forward to seeing you all

Hi everyone, I'm running my monthly American menu this Friday.
I've been using mesquite Wood in the smoker for a more distinctive flavour and hopefully you'll all agree

Menu is;

Mixed smoked meat home made nachos with baked mozzarella and dips £ 7.50
Whisky barrel smoked wings in spicy buffalo sauce £4
Mac cheese £4
Mac cheese and crispy bacon £5
Pulled pork and pickles on butter brioche bun with Dr.pepper BBQ sauce £6
Memphis rubbed Texan brisket with pickles and spicy BBQ sauce on brioche bun £7
American macaroni salad ( vegetarian) £2.50
Jalapeño slaw £1.50
Slots will run from 5-9.00 so early bookings advised.See ya Friday😀

Evening everyone, I missed you all last Sunday but I'm back in action this Sunday.
Will be offering menu as follows;
Guinness braised beef steak

Cassoulet of mushrooms and spinach in a roast tomato ragu ( vegetarian)
All meat dishes served with a Yorkshire pudding and roasted sea salt potatoes.
Seasonal vegetables.
10 per head,kids half price.
