Could we kindly ask all our customers to use the phone number provided on this page (07735 859953) when trying to get in touch with us or if they can't get through to us on Facebook messenger.
We had issues with the connection between Facebook and Facebook Business Page where either our client's messages did not come through at all or we received them very late.
Not answering your messages or thinking that we are ignoring your requests is not part of the image we are trying to create for our business.
I will take this opportunity to apologise to our customers who received late replies or no replies at all from us and we can only try our best to improve the online communication.
