Ukraine has spent years fighting for its freedom, while its allies promised to stand beside it.

An ally shouldn’t have to wonder whether the next thing to disappear will be its communications or its support.

History will remember who stood with Ukraine — and who turned their backs.

🌶️🐝 HARVEST TIME AT HORNET CHILLI! 🐝🌶️

It’s one of the busiest times of the year here at Hornet Chilli, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Our beautiful, locally grown Hampshire Habaneros are coming in thick and fast, and just look at that colour! 🧡🔥

Every chilli is carefully checked, sorted and de-stalked by hand before being blended and put into fermentation, where time works its magic developing those wonderful flavours.

We’re passionate about using the very best ingredients, and for us, that starts right here in Hampshire. No shortcuts, no compromises, just fantastic locally grown chillies.

It’s a labour of love, but when you’re making great sauces, quality starts long before anything goes into a bottle.

🔥 THE END OF AN ERA… AND THE START OF SOMETHING BIGGER! 🌶️

After two incredible years, it’s time to say a fond farewell to an old friend — our trusty kitchen range.

This cooker has been at the heart of Hornet Chilli, helping us turn countless chillies, ingredients and ideas into the sauces we love making.

It’s seen the long days, the late nights, the experiments, the successes and probably a few fiery moments along the way! 🔥

But as Hornet Chilli continues to grow, it’s time for us to take the next step.

We’re upgrading, modernising and investing in the future of our sauce production.

Same recipes. Same passion. Same fiery attitude. Just bigger ambitions.

So here’s to the cooker that helped get us this far. Thanks for the memories — you’ve earned your retirement! ❤️

🏆 WE’RE FINALISTS! 🌶️🔥

Well… this is pretty special.

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Hornet Chilli has been selected as a finalist in the “A Taste of Hampshire” category at the Hampshire Business Awards 2026! 🏆

And this one really does make us stop and think about how far we’ve come.

Back in the summer of 2019, Hornet Chilli started in our utility room at home. A few ideas, a passion for chilli and flavour, and absolutely no idea where the journey might take us.

Fast forward to today and we have our own production kitchen, a growing network of stockists, collaborations with other fantastic businesses, multiple Great Taste Awards and thousands of bottles leaving the kitchen every year.

And now we’re a Hampshire Business Awards finalist. ❤️

For a small artisan producer, being recognised in A Taste of Hampshire means an enormous amount to us. Hampshire is our home, and we’ve always wanted Hornet Chilli to represent the quality, creativity and incredible food and drink being produced in this county.

There have been plenty of long days, late nights, experiments, successes and the occasional recipe that definitely didn’t make it into a bottle! 😂 But we’ve never stopped developing, learning and pushing the business forward.

From a utility room in 2019 to a Hampshire Business Awards finalist in 2026.

We’re pretty proud of that journey. 🔥

A massive thank you to everyone who has bought a bottle, stocked us, collaborated with us, recommended us or simply followed and supported what we’re doing.

Whatever happens on awards night, being selected as a finalist alongside some of Hampshire’s best businesses already feels like a win.

Now… fingers crossed! 🤞🏆🌶️
