Royal West Norfolk Golf Club's kitchen and Head Chef Ian, have shown off how delicious smoked crevettes, smoked by us at Staithe Smokehouse, can be plated and accompanied with miso mayo and lime to produce a dish worthy of a hole in one. ⛳️

Absolutely on par and delicious.

Don’t forget that The White Horse Holme will be closing their bakery doors on Monday 12th January, reopening on Monday 26th January 2026.

The pub will be open as normal throughout this time.

In September, we held the ‘Babich on the Beach’ retreat at the beautiful White Horse at Brancaster Staithe on the Norfolk coast. We explored the coast, sampling delicious local produce with visits to and , pairing the freshest oysters, lobster, and smoked salmon with Babich’s Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. A match made in culinary heaven!
