Today, Ed’s concentration has obviously paid off and his beautifully baked 100% organic wholemeal loaves and rolls, have just come out of the oven, and they smell good! 😊 we also have Welsh cakes.

And for the rest of the week!

Wednesday: Roasted vegetable quiches and sticky ginger cake with a lemon curd and cream cheese filling.
Thursday: Malthouse bread, plain and cheese scones.
Friday: Tomato 🍅 and basil soup, wholemeal bread and white seeded loaves and rolls.
Saturday: Soup and rolls and a rosemary and basil Foccica.
