2 wines I used on a recent private wine tasting. This Barbera from the most Northern village of Barolo is delicious with Red & Black cherry, earlithess & a brilliant acidity youd expect from a classic Barbera. My guests loved it!

They wanted a Pinot noir so I chose this Alsace Pinot with a complex aroma of strawberry, raspberry, morello cherry with a deep Smokey undertone. I love Alsace wines so I was excited to try this and impart some Alsace wine knowledge into my guests! Needless to say, they had a fabulous time!

Loimer Grüner Veltliner ❤️ 2021

Bursting with Green apple, pear & citrus with a honey undertone and a flinty finish. Delicious with Salmon, prawn linguini or a goats cheese & walnut salad! Yum.

My arrived! I love these so much. Brilliant for when you don’t want to finish that bottle or you want to savour a super expensive one!

Had to test it out on this delicious Californian Pinot Noir “The Crusher”. This wine will be part of my tastings.

I tried this Wise Wolf 2021 Rosé yesterday and was so excited as i LOVE the bottle. Recyclable, unique & perfect for when you have guests over. I just hoped it would be a wine I loved. It had strawberry & raspberry on the nose with a citrusy finish but it felt a bit flat for me. So many other Rosés in the same price range that are better.

Grapes: Cinsault & Grenache

Wouldn’t buy again but I’ll give their Chardonnay a try next!

I love wines ❤️ The Carabantes will most certainly be part of my tastings as to date, this Cabernet/Merlot blend is one of my favourite wines. Fully of rich blackcurrant notes with hints of black pepper and violets , this full bodied red is spectacular. ❤️🍷
