Today’s mission: BIG CLEAN. BIG ORGANISE. BIG PANIC.

Everything needs a home, everything needs a scrub and somehow we need to turn this absolute chaos into a functioning bakery by Wednesday morning. 🙃

The bruises are real. The sleep deprivation is real.
But the pie palace is coming together… 👑🥧

The new van has landed, the panic is rising and somehow we’re still pretending this is all going to be ready on time 😂

One last pie at the farm… then we’re off to our new Pie Palace! 👑🥧

SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST
📍 Farm Bakery
⏰ Open until 3PM

That’s it. Curtains. Finito. The fat lady has sung. 😂

Then…

WEDNESDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER
📍 BRYNMENYN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
⏰ OPEN FROM 6AM

NEW BAKERY.
NEW CHAPTER.
SAME PIE QUEEN.
SAME FILTHY GOOD PIES. 👑

We’ve been working our arses off behind the scenes to get this place ready, and we honestly cannot wait to throw open the doors.

So come and give the farm bakery one last squeeze on Saturday…

Then come find us at the new gaff on Wednesday.

We’ve only gone and put a FULL ENGLISH IN A PIE. 🇬🇧🥧

A proper shortcrust pastry case packed with:
🐷 Local pork homemade sausage balls
🥓 Honey local streaky bacon
🥚 Free-range eggs & cream
🧀 Ample mozzarella AND cheddar
🫘 Baked beans — because obviously.
🥔 And the pièce de résistance… a bloody HASH BROWN SAIL standing proud in the middle. ⛵️

Basically, breakfast has been on holiday, got drunk, and come back as a pie.

Launching NEXT WEEK when the brand new bakery opens!

Breakfast pie. Full English. Pie Queen style.

And yes… that hash brown is absolutely sailing into your breakfast. 😂⛵️🥧

🚨 THE CONTAINER HAS LANDED 🚨

And just like that… another giant piece of the Pie Queen empire has arrived. 👑📦

The new unit is officially becoming REAL and I cannot tell you how excited I am for what’s coming next. 🥹💜

One shipping container, one very big step, and approximately 47 million things still to do 😂

Watch this space… Pie Queen is getting BIGGER. 👀 also mega thanks to all my new neighbours for helping move her and Leccy Craig- pie packages coming your way…. Also tagged where I got the container from- much cheaper than I expected, this one is called a 1 trip- I’m guessing she’s done 1 trip but she’s practically new and they have delivery drivers ( who are top notch - Lewis and Shaun) and Lorrys basically on tap so if you went to see one in the morning chances are you’ll have it in the afternoon….. like Amazon prime for containers 😂 thanks again guys 💜

Operation: New Pie Palace 👑🥧

The progress is PROGRESSING! 😂

After our advice consultant visit with Environmental Health, we’ve got our little list of jobs to tick off… and we are absolutely smashing through it one by one. ✅

New layout ✔️
New procedures ✔️
More shiny things ✔️
Things I didn’t even know I needed ✔️😂
And about 700 jobs still sitting there looking at me 👀

It’s all part of turning Pie Queen into the proper little Pie Palace we’ve always dreamed of — and making sure we’re doing everything exactly as we should.

Slowly but surely, the palace is coming together… 👑
