Massive shoutout to Cymru ProAir Systems for saving the Pie Queen girls (and Gerwyn) from melting this summer 😎❄️

If anyone needs some coolness in their life… these are your people.

This has been needed for SO long. I love the bakery dearly, but she turns into an actual sauna this time of year 😅 Between the ovens, griddle, fridges and freezers blasting out heat all day (and sometimes all night), making our all-butter pastry in summer was becoming a full-contact sport.

And seeing as the UK might actually be getting a proper summer this year… something had to be done 🥵

So happy birthday, Christmas, and probably every present for the next 10 years to me… because WE FINALLY HAVE AIR CON 🙌❄️

The pastry — and the staff — are thriving already 😂
