We kindly request that customers arrive at the designated collection time for their food orders. We have observed that many individuals tend to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled time, which can cause delays as other orders are being prepared. Our system operates on a pre-arranged schedule, not a first-come, first-served basis and we record the allocated time for each order when you call. This situation can create a degree of stress for our kitchen team, so we would greatly appreciate your patience. Should you happen to arrive early, we respectfully ask that you either wait or if you prefer, you may wait in your car and we will gladly contact you once your order is ready. Thank you for your understanding.

Given that it is a Bank Holiday weekend and a heatwave is anticipated, we have made the decision to extend our closure by an additional day next week! ☀️🏖 Our usual closure day is normally on Tuesday plus an extra day on Wednesday 27th May 2026.
