Ferrari's Coffee Roasters For over 90 years, we have been sourcing, roasting and packing the finest coffee from our home in Sou We roast a range of Speciality blends, and single origins.

Our founder Vittorio Ferrari set out to spread the joy of great tasting coffee searching the world for the best blends. Today we are proud to follow in his footsteps, making every batch taste as good as the first. Our Rich Italian heritage has inspired us to continue producing only the finest coffee on traditional drum roasters.

Spring is officially in full swing! 🌸 From blossoming flowers to new lambs in the fields, the season of renewal is here and the sun is even making an appearance (occasionally!). ☀️

We love the classic combination of chocolate and coffee, though we do have one warning: try not to have too many "egg-spressos" this weekend! 🍫😜

Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus! Happy St David’s Day! 🌼

Today we’re celebrating the Land of Song and the spirit of the Red Dragon in all its glory 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

Whether you’re rocking a vibrant daffodil or pinning on a leek (a tradition started by St David himself to help soldiers spot their comrades in battle), it’s a day full of Welsh pride.

If you’re celebrating like a local, you’ll definitely be reaching for a stack of buttery Welsh Cakes or a hearty bowl of Cawl. It’s the perfect fuel for exploring a country that boasts more castles per square mile than anywhere else in Europe! 🏰

Affogato Eleganza: A Taste of Italy with Ferrari's Siena Lungo ☕🍨

The days are hot and the days are long- experience la dolce vita in a cup with the timeless elegance of an affogato al caffè. This beloved Italian dessert— literally meaning “drowned”— combines smooth, cold gelato with a rich shot of espresso for a luxurious contrast of flavour and texture.

Crafted with the refined notes of Ferrari's Siena Lungo— a Nespresso-compatible pod celebrated for its strength and rich taste-this recipe brings authentic Italian flair to your table.

✨ INGREDIENTS:
⦁ 1 scoop of vanilla gelato (or high-quality vanilla ice cream)
⦁ 1 shot (approx. 40ml) of Ferrari's Siena Lungo
⦁ Optional: A dusting of cocoa, shaved dark chocolate, or a splash of amaretto

☕ PREPARE:
1. Begin with a chilled glass
2. Brew a shot of Ferrari's Siena Lungo using your pod machine.
3. Place a scoop of vanilla gelato in the glass.
4. Gently pour the hot espresso over the gelato—watch it melt into a rich, velvety swirl.
5. Add garnish if desired, and serve immediately. Perfetto!🤌
