Look what's back guys, with a brand new wrap.
Scoring 4.05 out of 5 on Untappd, our awesome session IPA "Drop It!"

A brilliantly plush, pillowy body sets the stage for this one, driven by a heavy foundation of flaked oats, wheat, and chit malt. We wanted to bridge the gap between classic West Coast dankness and modern juice, keeping the bitterness beautifully restrained to let a massive, carefully calibrated dry hop do all the talking.

Quantum Brite Citra delivers an explosive, hyper-concentrated burst of dripping tropical fruit, perfectly layered with vibrant, sweet orange from the Amarillo. Mosaic rounds it out with complex hits of sticky mango, while a serious dose of Columbus grounds the whole pint with a satisfying, resinous kick of dank, earthy pine.

We have a new release for you PLAYER 1!
You can't beat a bit of retro gaming, especially when you pair it with a damn fine beer.

We’ve kept the bitterness to an absolute whisper, letting that massive dry hop do all the talking. Huge aromas of white peach and passionfruit from the Nectaron leap straight out of the glass, closely followed by a thick, resinous tropical punch from the Citra Quantum Brite. Mosaic brings a layer of sticky mango to the palate, while a final, crisp zip of fresh Motueka lime zest keeps the finish bright and dangerously drinkable.

So grab a can and prepare for a boss level beer!

Barrel ageing project is ready.

At Dog’s Window Brewery, we are always looking for ways to push the boundaries of flavour, and sometimes, the best way to do that is to share a few barrels with some good friends.
We are incredibly proud to announce our latest project: a unique, two-part barrel-exchange collaboration with the world-renowned Penderyn Distillery. This project celebrates the beautiful synergy between craft brewing and fine distilling, resulting in two phenomenal new Imperial Stouts and setting the stage for a very special future whisky release.

Every great barrel-aged project needs a robust foundation. We started by brewing a complex, velvety Imperial Stout built on a rich malt bill of dark crystal, chocolate malts, and roasted barley. To give it a distinctly deep, rum-like sweetness, we added a generous dose of Dark Muscovado sugar.
Fermented with a blend of English yeast and balanced with traditional British East Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops, the un-aged version of called Neighbourhood Watch, is a profoundly dark, roasty, and layered experience right out of the tank.

Here is where the magic truly happens. We took a portion of this decadent Muscovado stout and laid it to rest in empty Brandy and Oloroso Sherry “blood tubs” sourced directly from Penderyn.
Blood tubs are smaller-than-average casks holding 40 liters. Because of their small size, they offer a massive wood-to-liquid ratio, allowing the beer to rapidly extract intense flavours from the oak. The Brandy casks impart warming notes of steeped dark fruits and toasted oak, while the Oloroso casks add sophisticated layers of roasted walnuts, dried figs, and a touch of leather.
