Well, what a weekend! One day, a marquee and a Barn, two weddings and 230 people catered for at Cothelstone and Secret Valley Glamping

Absolutely couldn't have done it without the fantastic team of people who helped us....in the kitchens helping behind the scenes or out the front delivering the excellent and professional service we like to offer, massive thank you to everyone involved for the monumental push this weekend, the feedback has been astounding ♥️

I think it's fair to say I'm useless at trying to remember to take pictures at our events 😂
Just a quick one from last night after remembering "oh, I need a picture for social media" 😂

Anyway, a 6 course tasting menu for a nice family 40th birthday last night.

In the picture we have Sea Bream Crudo, pieces of sea bream lightly cured with lime and orange, then served with fresh dill, herb oil, Isle of Wight Tomatos. Orange vinaigrette and torched peppers..... Bit of a palate cleanser for the following courses 😁

It's been a busy few months, been a bit of here there and everywhere! So finding time to post has been challenging! Anyway, without further ado.......

A special dessert we did for one of the many private dining bookings we've had over the alleged quieter part of the year (if somebody could let me know when that was). A miso salted caramel and raspberry millefeuille. No lying, a bit of a swine to make 😅
