Chesil Smokery We’re utterly addicted to smoking delicious things and NOW our wonderful FRESH FISH One bite of our smoked goodies and we reckon you'll be hooked.

Here at our traditional smokery at Bridport, West Dorset, we take the finest British produce and gently smoke it over oak and peat. We all know how addictive smoking is, especially when it's a lovely bit of smoked trout, that's why we just can't help ourselves.
