Lights, camera, upgrade. 💡

There’s a seemingly never-ending list of jobs that goes alongside owning your own food trailer😵‍💫

Before I started this venture I had next to no DIY skills at all, but it was something I really wanted to learn more about and do more of (one of those necessary ‘being an adult’ skillsets, ya know?)🔨

The roof unit is the latest thing to be ticked off the list, and although a fairly straightforward swap job, it’s a nice feeling knowing I did it somewhat with my own hands!🙌🏽

A big thank you to my buddy (and employee!) Ryan for helping me with the switch, and to Gareth for his expertise patching the new lights in🔌

The to-do list has one less thing on it (for now!😂🤞🏼)

Next job: Upgrade the hatch (watch this space👀)
