IT’S TIME TO LEVEL UP 🚀
It’s been 25 weeks since we opened Dockworks, which honestly feels like it’s flown by. The last six months have been a bit of a whirlwind. We’ve had some brilliant weekends, tried things, changed things, got things wrong, got things right and, most importantly, we’ve been listening to you.
We’re really starting to feel settled here now, and Dockworks is becoming what we always hoped it could be.
So, we’re ready to up the ante.
We’re releasing our Autumn Events Calendar, with a whole load more happening over the next few months.
Monthly quizzes, a FREE monthly market, live music specials, Super Sundays, historian talks and DJs every Friday and Saturday night, alongside plenty more to come.
Over the last few months, we’ve also been chatting to customers, getting conversations going on social media and digging into the history of the waterfront.
And we’ve loved hearing your stories about what this place used to be. The nights out, the music, the characters, the good times and everything that made the waterfront such a big part of people’s lives.
Now, we’re not saying we’re bringing back Bacardi and lemonade for free on a Monday 😂
But we do want to bring back a little glimpse of those good times.
A place to come, have a drink, eat some great food, listen to some music, meet people and have a bloody good night.
We’re also bringing in four new monthly resident food traders over the next four months, alongside our regular traders. So there’ll be new faces, new food and plenty more reasons to keep coming back.
A huge thank you to everyone who has come down, supported us, given us feedback, brought friends, celebrated with us, danced with us, eaten with us and generally helped us figure this place out.
The first 25 weeks have been pretty special.
Now it’s time to see what the next four months can look like. ❤️
