🍷 Robbing Red Breast

Made from Rondo grapes grown right here at Wressle Vineyard, our 2024 Robbing Red Breast is a dry English red with plenty of character.

Red cherry and blackberry come through first, with subtle notes of black pepper, spice and gentle smokiness. Fresh acidity and fine tannins give it structure, leading to a clean, lightly spiced finish.

🥈 Our 2024 vintage is also a Wines of Great Britain Midlands & North Silver Award winner.

It pairs beautifully with roast meats, grilled vegetables, mushroom dishes and lightly spiced food, or simply enjoy a glass on its own.

And if you fancy comparing vintages, we still have limited stock of our award-winning 2023 Robbing Red Breast available too.

⚽️🍷 Wressle Vineyard wines are now being served at Scunthorpe United FC

As part of our partnership with the Iron for the 2026/27 season, The Iron Bar and Executive Lounge at the Attis Arena are now fully stocked with a selection of Wressle wines.

Alongside this, our Sparkling Kingfisher Kiss will be presented to Scunthorpe United’s Man of the Match at every home game throughout the season.

From grapes grown here in Lincolnshire to being served at our local football club, we’re proud to see Wressle wines becoming part of matchdays at Scunthorpe United.

🍷 Where can you find Wressle Vineyard wines in Lincoln?

If you’re around Lincoln Castle or the Bailgate, call into Redhill Farm Shop in the Bail.

They’ve stocked our wines for a while now and it’s exactly the sort of independent Lincolnshire business we’re proud to work with, supporting local producers and bringing some fantastic food and drink into the heart of the city.

You’ll find them at 89 Bailgate, right next to Lincoln Castle, so if you’re visiting the Castle or spending a day exploring this part of Lincoln, call in and pick up a bottle of Wressle Vineyard wine while you’re there.

And a personal recommendation from us: get one of their warm sausage rolls. If you haven’t tried one yet, you’re missing out. They’re unbelievable. 😂

It’s great to see more of our wines making their way into independent shops, pubs and restaurants across Lincolnshire.

🪿 Giddy Goose 2025

Made from grapes grown right here at Wressle Vineyard, Giddy Goose brings together two varieties in an equal blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Madeleine Angevine.

The result is a medium-dry English white wine with citrus and orchard fruit aromas, soft floral notes and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Serve it chilled and enjoy it on its own, or pair it with seafood, fresh salads and soft cheeses.

🍕🍷 PIZZA & WINE NIGHT AT WRESSLE VINEYARD 🍷🍕

We think we may have found a pretty perfect combination… fresh stone-baked pizza and award-winning Lincolnshire wine!

Join us on Saturday 10th October for a relaxed evening in the Wressle Vineyard Tasting Room.

We’ll be joined by Lincolnshire-based Pizza with Purpose, who’ll be preparing, cooking and serving their pizzas fresh on site throughout the evening.

£20 per person includes:
🍕 Your choice of any pizza from the menu on the night
🍷 A glass of any Wressle Vineyard still wine of your choice

White, rosé or red – you choose the wine, you choose the pizza. We’ll leave the pairing decisions to you!

🐾🍷 It’s International Dog Day, so obviously Wilf gets the post today.

For anyone who hasn’t met him yet, Wilf is our CWO, Chief Wine Officer, and takes his role at Wressle Vineyard very seriously.

Most days you’ll find him wandering around the vineyard checking what everyone is doing, greeting visitors and generally getting involved wherever he can.

And although some of these photos might suggest he’s sleeping on the job, he isn’t. Wilf is conducting horizontal vineyard surveillance 😂

Happy International Dog Day to Wilf and all the other vineyard dogs out there.
