Do you run a local Scouts, Beavers, Guides or Young Farmers Club and looking for something a little different this autumn?

How about TWILIGHT PUMPKIN PICKING & CARVING! 🎃✨

Come along to the pumpkin patch as the sun goes down, choose your perfect pumpkin and then get carving under the stars! 🌙🎃

🕯️ We’ll put up some lights to help you see, but you’ll get that lovely twilight pumpkin-patch atmosphere!

🔸 Monday–Thursday evenings only from 17th October
🔸 We can work around your usual meeting time
🔸 Bring your own pumpkin-carving equipment
🔸 Purchase your pumpkin on the night
🔸 Only ONE club per evening, so spaces are limited!

🎃 THE PUMPKIN PATCH IS LOOKING F A N T A S T I C!!! 🎃

And guys… we have some absolute WHOPPERS this year! 😍🎃

We’ve had a few people ask if we’ve actually grown all the pumpkins ourselves…

YES, WE HAVE! 🙌🏻

Every single one started life as a tiny little plug plant, and look at them now! 🌱➡️🎃

Then comes the next question… “Why are the pumpkins cut?” 👀

There’s actually a really good reason! We cut them from the plant to help prevent disease spreading down the handle. This means when you come to pick up your pumpkin, the handle is much less likely to simply fall off! 🎃🙌🏻

And here’s a little fact for you…

We have hand cut over 10,000 pumpkins ready for you to come and enjoy this year! 😱🎃

That’s A LOT of pumpkins… and a LOT of cutting! 😂

We can’t wait to welcome you all to the patch! 🎃🍂🚜❤️ Opening day 17th October!!

HAPPY SATURDAY!! 🌻☀️

Just a little reminder that our sunflower patch is now CLOSED for the season. 🌻

Unfortunately, the flowers decided to mature much quicker than expected this year — blame the British weather!! 😂🇬🇧

We’re so sorry if you were hoping to visit over the next few days, but Mother Nature had other plans! 🌦️

A HUGE thank you to every single person who visited, picked sunflowers, supported the little businesses who joined us and helped make our second year of the patch so special. 💛 Please share your sunflower photos below, we would like to make some content with your photos, so if your happy for them to be used please share below.

Time to catch up on farm jobs after a busy few weeks at the 🌻 patch. Cows to feed, pigs due to start leaving. Farming really is 365 days a year!

🌻 THAT’S A WRAP ON OUR 2026 PYO SUNFLOWER PATCH! 🌻

What a couple of weeks it has been! 💛

A HUGE thank you to every single person who has visited our little patch, picked sunflowers, enjoyed the farm, grabbed a drink or snack, let the kids run wild and supported our family farm. 🥰

We are now CLOSED for the sunflower season.

Farm diversification is so important to us because it allows farms like ours to create new opportunities, bring people onto the farm and generate an additional income alongside the day-to-day running of the farm.

Farming can be unpredictable, and diversification helps us to keep our family farm going for future generations, whilst giving you the chance to see a little bit of what happens behind the scenes. 🌾🚜

So, every visit, every sunflower picked, every ice cream bought and every kind word really does make a difference. You are supporting a real family farm. ❤️

The sunflowers have had a tough year with the weather, and they’re flowering earlier than we’d hoped… so today could be your LAST chance to visit the patch in 2026! 💛

And honestly… where else can you take the kids for just £1?! 🥹🌻 (under 16's free).

Come and enjoy some fresh air, let the kids run wild, see the cows and make some memories on the farm. Grab a pizza, an ice cream or coffee and cake.

🌻 Open 10am–4pm
🌻 Flowers £1 per stem

We have LOTS going on today, pizza, coffee, stalls and flowers still to be picked. Remember this could be the last weekend to pick!
