Something different today but still around sourdough starter fermentation. I really miss the taste of home so today I started my “kovaszolt uborka” sourdough starter fermented cucumber. Who visited or who are from east Europe knows this amazing flavour. Let me know in the comment if you ever tried this !

Thank you for one of each flavour order you just give me a good head start of the day. When a fabulous business from Ponterfact drives to Brighouse to order 6 different flavours of pizzas at my van it’s makes me proud and keep walking my path . Thanks again and enjoy the pizzas
