Pizza Tipo 1 and Tipo 2 are premium blends crafted for performance, consistency and exceptional results—already proving hugely popular across Italy and now ready to make their mark here in the UK.

Pizza Tipo 1
A perfectly balanced flour combining strength, flavour and versatility. With 13% protein it delivers an easy-to-handle dough that produces consistently high-quality pizzas—lightly fragrant and highly digestible, ideal for professional results every time. Dough can be chilled at 4°C for up to 2 days.

Pizza Tipo 2
A semi wholemeal flour packed with character. Retaining more of the wheat’s outer bran it offers a richer flavour, deeper aroma and naturally darker finish. Also with 13% protein it creates strong well-structured dough that’s easy to work with while delivering a more wholesome pizza. Dough can be chilled at 4°C for up to 2 days.
