Do you believe every day should come with sprinkles on top? Do you know how to turn a simple store visit into a “Mum, can we come back tomorrow?” moment? If so… you might be the sprinkle-topped superstar we’re looking for!

🍬 What You’ll Do
• Create a fun, welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere where every customer feels like they’ve stepped into dessert heaven.
• Help out in the kitchen as and when is required
• Lead and inspire our team to deliver A+ service (and A+ smiles!).
• Oversee daily store operations with the perfect balance of kindness, confidence, and sugar-fuelled energy.
• Make sure the store looks incredible—from perfectly lined-up jars to dreamy dessert displays.
• Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes: stock, staff rotas, tills, hygiene standards, and all that good stuff.
• Bring the magic by planning mini in-store experiences, seasonal fun, and sweet surprises for our customers.

🍭 What You Bring
• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality is a must have
• A passion for building a positive, playful team culture.
• Brilliant communication and a love for creating memorable customer moments.
• A dash of creativity and a sprinkle of problem-solving skills.
