Hello lovely People,

To support "World Autism Awareness Week", we are delighted at Viva-Vinyl to raise money to support projects for a special School in Portslade, Hill Park School, all profits will be donated to the school, it starts today with freshly baked Gluten-Free Chocolate Cupcakes and Mix Berry Charlotte, on sale for £2.50.
We will run this offer for the whole week, only small batches cooked at the time so don't hesitate to come back for more 😉.

Hello lovely people,

New week, new menu.

- Lovely traditional vegetarian or lamb Moussaka cooked in tomato and oregano ragu, layered with confit aubergines and topped with sliced potatoes and cheesy white bechamel sauce.
-The Jamaican chicken curry is cooked in a mild vegetable broth (potatoes, onions and carrots) and the meat is previously marinated in a special Jamaican blend of curry spices, much lighter than the Indian curry as this recipe doesn't contain coconut milk.
-Chocolate Bread and butter pudding with a little twist, confit orange zest and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
