With qualifications and certificates initially gained in his home country of France, he has always continued and progressed in his field of expertise. He is passionate about his creations and each individual item receives the same high attention to detail. From patisseries and high-end restaurants to prestigious hotels such

as The East Sussex National in Little Horsted. Philippe also owned and ran his own Patisserie and Restaurant in Folkestone for many years where he gained knowledge of running his own business and soon achieved a great reputation and regular clientele. Now Philippe is beginning a new venture in Sussex with his own business again and running his own market patisserie at events across Sussex.
