💀🍄 Mushroom skulls! Don’t they look cool?!

Such a fab idea for a Halloween pizza — a spooky little twist on your usual toppings! 🎃🍕

Here’s how to make your own:

🍄 Pick some firm cup mushrooms, wipe them clean and keep the stalks attached.
🔪 Cut each mushroom in half from the top of the cap down through the stalk.
👀 Lay each half flat-side down. Carefully cut two little triangles into the rounded cap for eyes, then a smaller triangle for the nose.
💀 Make a few shallow vertical cuts in the stalk to create little teeth.
🍕 Add to your pizza and bake as usual!

Keep the carving for the grown-ups — little helpers can decorate the pizzas! 👻

Who’s giving these a go? Tag us in your spooky creations! 💚

🎄 Christmas is creeping up, home cooks! Who’s making their own horseradish sauce this year? 😋

Our fresh horseradish root brings a proper kick — lovely with roast beef or in a leftover beef sandwich! 🥩🥪

🥣 Easy homemade horseradish sauce

You’ll need:
• 2 tbsp freshly peeled and finely grated horseradish
• 150ml crème fraîche or soured cream
• 1 tsp white w**e vinegar
• ½ tsp sugar, optional
• A pinch of salt

🥄 Mix everything together, then taste and add a little more horseradish if you like it fiery! Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

👀 Grate in a well-ventilated spot — this root can make your eyes water! 😂

❄️ Keep refrigerated and use within 2–3 days. Make it fresh nearer Christmas rather than storing it until then!

🚚 Brighton & Hove ONLY
