A very talented member of the Sri Lankish team, a baker, crafter and all round amazing person, makes the most incredible tamarind balls which we will be selling for a special price of £1 each. You may have had them in the Caribbean or in Thailand. They are sweet, sour, tangy and likd putting a sherbet, a bit like a fizzy cola bottle, in your mouth. BUT unlike sweets they are much better for you (all natural ingredients and tamarind is a great source of rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, fibre, B vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, It can provide many health benefits such as preventing cardiac disease, strengthening the immune system and preventing early skin aging. I use tamarind pulp in my aubergine curry so I suppose that means that every time you visit us you’ll look younger!!! They are vegan and gluten free.

We are back following our winter hibernation! We can’t wait to see you all again. Come down from 1pm to and if you want to grab a take away, we will have take away packages for 2 for you to reheat at home (whilst it lasts!).

Popped into the new Green Valley Market opposite where I’ll be doing my next pop up on Saturday 26th April. I offered them a free curry and they gifted me some pistachio nougat! Yum..
