Vudu Food has been serving delicious Cajun/Creole soul food with a British twist at festivals for more than five years. Since the very beginning, we were being snapped up for weddings and corporate events and we have not looked back since. We have adapted our award-winning street food menu into an extensive buffet menu, including canapes and desserts for the perfect rustic wedding banquet. We slow

-smoke our famous pulled pork and beef brisket on our large smoker, using locally-sourced fruit wood for a deliciously rich flavour. Our unique barbecue sauce finishes the job and its so well-loved by our customers that we have bottled it and now sell it separetely too!
