We are a husband and wife team offering professional Indoor & Outdoor catering services, based in Brighton and covering surrounding areas.
Specialists in Traditional Hog Roasts
Packages start primarily for guests of 40+, but smaller parties can be catered for with smaller roasting joints.
We cook fresh on site so be aware we will require a minimum of 8 hours cooking time and an electric source.
We use only the best quality fresh pork prepared to the very highest standard that is guaranteed to tempt and satisfy the most discerning palate.
Brett has been working in the butchery trade for over 20 years, our hogs come locally sourced and only the very best make it to your event.
Our Spit Roast oven is a completely self contained portable unit, delivered, prepared, cooked and served by our staff for a hassle free event.
All our ingredients used are the best quality, our breads are baked fresh every day and our salads and sides are also prepared fresh on the day of your event
