This week’s menu is spicy, fruity and charred to perfection. A comforting hug in a bowl- just what we need!

Our Sweetcorn Salan brings smoky tandoori vibes to this dish. Barbecued corn enmeshed in a peanut and tomato sauce, oozing Kali flavour.

Accompanied by an earthy Beetroot Dal with a smooth chilli, coconut and ginger sauce.

Next up our legendary Indian salad with sweet pineapple, fresh cucumber and colourful peppers. Topped off with our super fluffy coconut rice.

Let me introduce myself- I’m Nish and this is my Mum Roo.

We provide traditional Indian takeaway recipes from our family to yours with love.

Back in the days when my wife Pip and I worked long hours in London, Mum would phone and ask would you like a Deliveroo-Roo. It was then we realised we were on to something big- something sustainable and we just had to share it with you guys 🥰
