have been one of my favourite, most consistent UK breweries for a long time.

they have their kit seriously dialled in right now, with every release seemingly better than the last. properly pushing boundaries and experimenting. a lot of other breweries seem to be happy to coast along with a core range but these guys are always pushing limited, fresh and unique.

based on a working farm in Lancashire, founded in 2014.

they mainly focus on hoppy beers but I personally believe they have one of the freshest and most exciting barrel programs in the country.

here we have two DDH IPAS, one of which is a collaboration with DOSKIWIS BREWING

as always extremely limited so come drink them while they’re fresh!

time to put the cherry chouffe down, theres a new kriek in town.

Oud Beersel have been brewing in Beersel, a small village 10km outside of Brussels since 1882, and are one of the last remaining authentic lambic breweries.

this lambic has had an absolutely mind boggling dose of 400 grams of Morello cherries per litre.

sweet but rustic with a funky nose. hints of strawberry jam, cherry marmalade, redcurrant, and bitter lingonberry skin.

LARGE LIFE - BARREL AGED IMPERIAL COCONUT CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM STOUT, 12.1%

The culmination of years of experimentation, this stout blends the richness of chocolate and coconut with the creamy qualities we have developed in our fruited sour beers. After aging in whiskey barrels, the result is an ice cream-inspired stout that is as indulgent as it sounds. Sweetness is balanced by the depth of the base beer and the complexity of the barrel, making it both over-the-top and surprisingly nuanced. It is a true showcase of pastry stout craftsmanship 12.3%

BARREL AGED COCONUT SPACE BROWNIE 12.3%

Our relationship with Monkish has produced many beers over the years, but this one is particularly special. The original Space Brownie was brewed five years ago and became a fan favorite. This time, we have taken that base beer and aged it in barrels while adding generous amounts of toasted coconut. The combination of brownie-like richness, tropical coconut, and barrel character creates a deeply layered stout that is both indulgent and balanced. It reflects the best of both breweries and our shared love of big, flavorful beers.

ANDROMEDA 2026 - BARREL AGED IMPERIAL COCONUT STOUT, 12.5%

Andromeda has become one of our most anticipated releases, and for good reason. Created with our friends at 3 Sons in Florida and Bottle Logic in California, it represents the shared expertise of three breweries that love coconut and barrel aging. The base beer is brewed with balance in mind, knowing from day one that it will be infused with toasted coconut. As it rests in barrels, the beer develops layers of roast, caramel, and vanilla that intertwine with the richness of the coconut. The result is decadent yet refined, a true showcase of craft and collaboration.

De Dolle are as stridently old-school-cool as you can get. an eccentric anomaly of a brewery, nestled in a small town just under Bruge.

cobwebs and old school open air koelschips galore.

they are considered by the wider beer community to be an exceptional and legendary belgian brewery. their strong ales are heavily praised because they age beautifully and develop incredible complexities over the years.

arabier is no exception. a legendary heavily dry hopped belgian pale ale that bridges the gap between old school farmhouse funk and american-style IPA bitterness.
a wild aromatic mix of grassy hops, biscuit malt and that classic belgian peppery yeast.

hosted by Dech, he will be walking you through a sensory and informative tasting of 6 常陸野ブルーイング公式 beers, freshly imported from the land of the rising sun.

ranging from Japanese witbiers, amber ales, red rice ales, and a very special mandarin IPA.
some of these you won’t find anywhere else so do not miss this.

something extremely rare & special for you all this week.

Side Project is a world class brewery hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
With an incredible reputation, Cory King (owner & head brewer) has been named as one of the top brewers in the WORLD.

A true master of blending and brewing insanely big stouts, wild fermented farmhouse ales, and barleywines.

They were once named the second best brewery on the planet by the late website, RateBeer (if you remember using this we’d be best friends)

everything that comes out of those doors is pure gold, and Au Revoir is absolutely no exception.

Built on their unreleased Delicate Saison base, this beer matured in an oak foedre before being transferred into 225L wine barrels with watermelon for a secondary fermentation. The finishing touch was a pinch of French Grey Sea Salt and almost a year of maturing.

bright, fresh, subtly savoury and ridiculously elegant. summer in a glass.

seriously might be one of the best saisons ever produced on the planet.

got too many new beers in this week so I’ve decided to cherry pick some of my favourites.

X - Into The Ever Haze. 7%.
A fusion of our legendary tropical fruit-forward Into the Haze with Tripping Animals’ amazing Ever Haze - Citra, Simcoe and Motueka on the exchanges.

Fun Bungo. 7.1%.
Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats and fermented for four monthswith Brettanomyces and soured with our house culture. We refermented this base beer with over200g/l of pineapple and mango puree in addition to a 120kg of whole organic Navelina oranges from Arboleas, Spain which were zested and juiced by hand.

Inspired by the iconic triangular Swiss chocolate you find in airport duty-free or tucked into Christmas stockings, this indulgent stout leans fully into dessert territory. Rich chocolate layers meet smooth coffee and creamy tiramisu notes, creating a decadent, velvety drinking experience.
