Hi there 🤙🏻 Shaka is my Mexican inspired street food business & my passion! I have been in Brighton a little while now & am ready to get back in the kitchen & cook up a storm.

If you know of any pubs/venues in Brighton & the surrounding areas that might be looking for pop-up's or somewhere looking for a food franchise I would love to hear about them. Cheers guys ✌🏻🌮

Soggy Saturdays call for TAKE OUT! 🙌🏻🌮
Not to be a typical Brit & harp on about the weather BUT… it’s raining, like, a lot 💦💦🙄.
have had to close all but 3 of their tables to keep you guys dry, we are sorry about this if you have a booked 🙏🏻 BUT we are doing TAKE-AWAY instead. Give us a call. Thanks y’all.

With our new venture at curious cafe we will be looking for staff for the evenings there. Must be cool under pressure and have cooking experience. Full training will be given and one of us will always be there as it will be a two person team. PM for more details if you’re interested. Hours will be 4pm - 10pm Tuesday to sat evenings (3-5 nights a week) it’s a casual position but will be more permanent for the right person. Good rates of pay. Cheers

We sold out of baps but thankfully that didn’t stop everyone from ordering our hot chicken sandwich 🙌🏻 & so ‘Spicy Mex Strips’ were born! It’s been a great second week & for this weeks menu we’re going back to our roots and laying on more Mexican based dishes 🤙🤙🤙 until then enjoy the weekend!
